Construction of a video conferencing room at Grave Bulgaria

I. General project information

OP Systems Ltd has successfully completed a project for Grave Bulgaria Life Insurance EAD. A fully functional video conferencing room has been set up at the company’s offices. The project involved the supply, installation and commissioning of high-end equipment. The end result is a modern environment for hybrid meetings and video conferences.

At the heart of the decision is 98-inch TCL QLED TV. The 98P8K model offers exceptional picture quality. The screen ensures excellent visibility for all participants. The television is mounted on a fixed ST-SM-105 wall bracket.

It is positioned below the screen Logitech Rally Bar in Graphite. This is a leading all-in-one video conferencing solution. The device features a 4K camera with AI Auto-framing technology. The camera automatically tracks and frames participants in the room. The built-in microphones and speakers ensure crystal-clear sound. The system is compatible with Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Google Meet.

The cables have been concealed, including beneath the flooring. The hall has a clean, modern and impressive appearance.

II. Equipment supplied and installed

1. Video conferencing system

• Logitech Rally Bar – Graphite, EMEA (960-001311) – 1 all-in-one video conferencing system with a 4K camera, AI auto-framing, beamforming microphones and built-in speakers.

2. Stands and mounting fittings

• Logitech Wall Mount for Videobars (952-000044) – 1 x Specialised wall-mounted bracket for the Rally Bar, to be fitted beneath the TV.
• ST-SM-105 Fixed Wall Mount – 1 x Sturdy stand for mounting a 98-inch TV.

3. Display

• TCL QLED 98P8K – 1 x 98-inch high-resolution QLED television. It ensures excellent visibility for everyone in the room.

4. Cable infrastructure

• Logitech Strong USB Cable 10m (939-001799) – 1 x Reliable USB cable for connecting the Rally Bar to a computer system.
• HDMI optical cable, 8K@60Hz, 10m (HD-OPTIC-8K/10 M/M) – 1 unit. Ensures lossless signal transmission between the TV and the Rally Bar.
• 1.5m High-Speed HDMI cable (HDMI-1/1M50) – 1 unit. For connecting a laptop to the video conferencing system.

5. Assembly and installation

• Delivery and installation of all equipment – 1 unit. Includes cable routing, rack installation, system configuration and commissioning.

III. Result

Following the completion of the project, Grave Bulgaria Life Insurance EAD now has a fully functional video conferencing room. It meets the highest standards for corporate communication. The system is compatible with all leading video conferencing platforms.

OP Systems Ltd carried out the installation within a short timeframe. The client’s operations were minimally disrupted. Each device was tested and commissioned on site. The client was trained to use the system upon completion of the project.
