I. General information about the meeting room display installation project.

OP Systems Ltd has successfully completed a project for Accedia – a leading Bulgarian technology company. A modern meeting and video-conferencing room has been built. The project involved the installation and commissioning of the equipment supplied by the client. The end result is a functional and professional environment for team meetings.

At the heart of the decision is 98-inch TCL MQLED TV (98MQLED75K). The display provides exceptional picture quality for all participants. The television is mounted on Vogel’s professional ceiling mount. The structure is made from high-quality components to ensure maximum stability. Ceiling-mounted TV bracket for a meeting room.

The ceiling-mounted installation was chosen to complement the hall’s interior. The wall is clad with decorative acoustic panels in grey and red. This solution preserves the clean visual appearance of the space. The cables are routed concealed through the stand’s structure.

The project was carried out with precision and within a short timeframe. The system was fully operational immediately after installation. The hall was brought into operation without any disruption to the workflow.

II. Installed equipment

1. Display

• TCL 98MQLED75K – 1 x 98-inch MQLED TV with Google TV. It delivers exceptional brightness, contrast and image detail. Suitable for meeting rooms and presentations.

2. Vogel’s ceiling mount – components

• Vogel’s PUC 1060 – 2 ceiling adaptors for securing the structure to the ceiling.
• Vogel’s PUC 2515 (150 cm) – 2 vertical columns, each 150 cm long, for ceiling mounting.
• Vogel’s PFB 3405 – 1 horizontal adapter for connecting the vertical columns.
• Vogel’s PFS 3304 – 1 display stand, ensuring the television is securely mounted.

3. Installation

• Installation of all equipment – 1 unit. Includes the construction of the ceiling structure, installation of the television, cable routing and commissioning.

III. Result

Following the completion of the project, Accedia now has a fully functional meeting room. The ceiling-mounted 98-inch display ensures optimal visibility for all participants. The Vogel’s mounting system guarantees maximum stability and safety for everyday use.

OP Systems Ltd carried out the installation with precision and in accordance with the client’s requirements. The appearance of the hall has been preserved thanks to the concealed cabling. The system was tested and commissioned on site. The hall was ready for use from the very first day following installation.
