Project Objective:

Supply, installation and configuration of professional audio visual equipment for corporate environments with two main objectives:

Providing a high-quality videoconferencing environment in a meeting room

Building a mobile AV station for presentations and trainings in different office spaces


Installed equipment and solutions:

1. Meeting room - fixed installation

  • Professional display:

    • SONY FW-55BZ40H - 55” 4K display from the same professional series, with 24/7 operation mode
  • Audio solution:

    • Nureva HDL410 Pro Series - integrated soundbar system for large venues, providing coverage of up to 18 metres with innovative Microphone Mist™ technology.

  • Video and communication equipment:

    • 1 pc. Logitech camera (Logicam) - positioned strategically for coverage of the hall participants

    • Lenovo MTR Kit (Microsoft Teams Room) - control panel and computing unit providing easy and fast access to video meetings and presentations via Microsoft Teams


2. Mobile AV station

  • Professional display:

    • SONY FW-85BZ40H - 85” 4K HDR professional display designed for 24/7 workloads, with high brightness and enterprise reliability.

    • 1 pc. Logitech camera (Logicam) - positioned strategically for coverage of the hall participants
    • Nureva HDL410 Pro Series - integrated soundbar system for large venues, providing coverage of up to 18 metres with innovative Microphone Mist™ technology.
  • Mobile stand:

    • Chief Large Fusion® Manual Height Adjustable Mobile AV Cart - professional stand on wheels with manual height adjustment, easy to move and quick installation anywhere in the office


Implementation:

  • All components were supplied and installed in accordance with customer requirements and current AV integration standards.

  • The cabling infrastructure is precisely integrated and concealed, providing a clean and professional look to the installation.

  • A full configuration and test of the audio and video systems was performed, with a focus on working seamlessly with Microsoft Teams.

  • Training of staff in the use of the equipment as well as provision of technical documentation and support.


Result:

The project was successfully completed, with the client having a highly reliable AV infrastructure for effective meetings, presentations and remote communication. The installed solutions ensure quality, durability and flexibility tailored to the needs of today's corporate environment.
