Project Objective:

Carrying out a professional installation of three LG TVs on a brick wall, according to specific customer requirements, using Vogel's high quality mounts for flexible positioning and secure operation.

Equipment and components used:

  • TVs:

    • 1 pc. LG 86NANO763 - large diagonal TV with 4K NanoCell technology

    • 2 pcs. LG 55” - models of the same or compatible series

  • Stands:

    • 1 pc. Vogel's TVM 3603 - suitable for large diagonal TVs (fitted for LG86NANO763)

    • 2 pcs. Vogel's TVM 3403 - used for mounting the two 55″ TVs

Description of performance:

  • Preparation of the mounting surface:
    All TVs are mounted on brick wall, using suitable fasteners with high load-bearing capacity, adapted to the weight and dimensions of the devices.

  • Installation activities:

    • Precise measurement and levelling of all mounting points

    • Installation of Vogel's stands using dowels and anchors suitable for brickwork

    • Fixing and centering of TVs according to customer's wishes

    • Fine adjustment of the tilt and position of each TV is made via the built-in mechanisms of the stands

  • Additional activities:

    • Stability and security test of assemblies

    • Check the level of each screen against the visual viewing line

    • Compliance with all customer requirements and instructions regarding height, alignment and access

Result:

The project has been implemented in full compliance with the specified requirements. The televisions are mounted sturdily and aesthetically precisely, with the stands providing flexibility and ease of use. The components used ensure durability and safe operation.
