I. General project information
OP Systems Ltd has successfully completed a project for VIK AD, Lovech branch. A fully functional room for video conferencing and training has been built. The project involved the supply, installation and commissioning of state-of-the-art equipment. The end result is a modern environment for remote meetings, operational consultations and the delivery of training in digital format.
At the heart of the solution is the 65-inch Speechi ST-65-CONNECT-PRO5 professional interactive display. The device offers high resolution, a touchscreen and extensive connectivity options. The display is mounted on an ST-SM-002 wall mount, ensuring stability and the correct viewing angle for everyone in the room.
An ST-OPS-i5-G12-PACK-IOLAOS embedded computer module is integrated into the system and mounted directly into the display. The solution is clean and minimalist — with no unnecessary devices or cables. The computer provides sufficient processing power to handle video conferencing platforms, presentations and documents simultaneously.
A specialised Speechi SPE-MG-402-C camera with a wide viewing angle and high resolution has been installed to facilitate video calls. The cabling infrastructure comprises a high-quality 10-metre Real Cable HD-E-2 HDMI cable and a 5-metre HAMA USB extension cable to allow for flexible camera positioning.

II. Equipment supplied and installed
1. Display
Speechi ST-65-CONNECT-PRO5 professional display – 1 unit.

A 65-inch interactive, high-resolution professional display with a touchscreen, designed for presentations and video conferencing.
2. Stands and mounting fittings
ST-SM-002 wall bracket – 1 pc.

A fixed wall mount for installing the display at an optimal viewing angle.
3. Computer module
ST-OPS-i5-G12-PACK-IOLAOS computer – 1 unit.

Built-in OPS computer with an Intel Core i5 (12th generation) processor for managing the display and conference applications.
4. Video conferencing camera
Speechi SPE-MG-402-C camera – 1 unit.

A specialised conference camera with a wide field of view and high resolution for video conference calls.
5. Cable infrastructure
Real Cable HD-E-2 HDMI cable / 10 m – 1 pc.

A high-quality HDMI cable for uncompromising video signal transmission.
HAMA USB-A female to USB-A male extension cable, 5 m – 1 pc.

For flexible mounting and positioning of the camera in the hall.
6. Assembly and installation
Delivery and installation in a hall at VIK AD, Lovech – 1 unit.

This includes the installation of a stand and display, the integration of a computer module, the connection of a camera, the laying of cables and commissioning.

III. Result
Following the completion of the project, VIK AD, Lovech branch, now has a fully functional room for video conferencing and training. The system meets modern standards for corporate communication and is compatible with the leading video conferencing platforms.
OP Systems Ltd carried out the installation within a short timeframe, with minimal disruption to the client’s operations. Each device was tested and commissioned on site. The client was trained to use the system upon completion of the project.
