Project Objective:

Construction of modern, technologically equipped meeting and videoconferencing rooms that meet CCEP's corporate standards through the supply and installation of high quality audio-visual equipment.


Project Scope:

  • Supply and installation of professional SONY displays from BZ40H series in different sized halls:

    • FW-85BZ40H

    • FW-75BZ40H

    • FW-65BZ40H

    • FW-55BZ40H
      These displays feature 4K HDR support, high brightness and long life, designed for 24/7 workloads - ideal for enterprise environments.

  • Installation solutions:

    • Sony SU-WL450 - thin-profile wall mounts used in some of the displays

    • PFW 6810 - professional tilting wall mounts with reinforced construction, suitable for larger diagonal displays

  • Video conferencing systems:

    • Logitech Rally Kit - integrated system for small and medium halls, including high-quality camera, microphones and speaker

    • Logitech Rally Kit Plus - expanded system with additional microphone modules for larger rooms

  • Control and Management:

    • Lenovo ThinkSmart MTR (Microsoft Teams Room) - intelligent control panel and computer for managing meetings via Microsoft Teams. Provides an easy and intuitive interface for starting and managing video calls and presentations.


Implementation:

  • All AV components are installed in accordance with the Employer's standards and best practices in enterprise infrastructure.

  • Wiring is discreetly integrated into the interior to maintain a clean and professional appearance.

  • Systems are configured and tested to work seamlessly with the platform Microsoft Teams, used by CCEP staff.

  • Training of the client's team for system operation and maintenance was carried out.


Result:

Successfully built and commissioned meeting rooms that provide reliable videoconferencing, excellent picture and sound quality, and intuitive management. The project was completed on time with a high degree of satisfaction from the client.
