I. General project information
OP Systems Ltd has successfully completed a project involving the supply of a TVM 5445 ELITE mobile stand and the installation of a 65-inch 4K QLED Samsung QE65QN80HAUXXH television, provided by the client. The installation was carried out on a partition wall using chemical anchors to ensure maximum strength, secure fixing and long-term reliability of the structure.
The project aims to provide a high-quality visual solution suitable for a corporate environment, reception area, meeting room or information display. The adjustable stand allows for flexible positioning of the screen to suit different users and viewing angles, which significantly enhances the functionality of the installation. The choice of chemical anchors instead of standard mechanical ones ensures a significantly higher load-bearing capacity and is the correct technical solution when installing heavy equipment on partition walls with limited load-bearing capacity.
The entire project was carried out by the experienced team at OP Systems Ltd, who were responsible for correctly centring the display, routing and concealing the cables, making the final adjustments to the stand, and testing the system before handing it over to the client.

II. Equipment supplied and installed
1. Stand and mounting fittings
TVM 5445 ELITE mobile stand – 1 pc.

A professional wall-mounted stand, compatible with displays up to 100″ and with a load capacity that allows for the secure mounting of devices such as the Samsung QN80. It offers a full range of swivel and tilt for optimal positioning. The mount is made entirely of steel with an anti-corrosion coating, ensuring long-term stability.
Chemical anchors – set

Chemical anchors, fixed directly into the partition wall, were used to install the stand. Unlike mechanical anchors, chemical anchors distribute the load over a larger area. They provide significantly greater resistance to tensile and shear forces. This is the technically correct solution for installing heavy screens and stands on walls with limited structural strength.
2. Assembly and installation
On-site installation of a stand and display – 1 item.

This includes marking and drilling the mounting points, installing chemical anchors, securing the stand, installation of the Samsung QE65QN80HAUXXH display supplied by the client, cable management, testing and final handover of the system.

III. Result
Upon completion of the project, the client has a fully functional, securely mounted 65″ Samsung QN80 display on a TVM 5445 ELITE adjustable stand. The structure ensures high strength thanks to chemical anchoring. The stand’s flexibility allows the angle and position of the screen to be easily adjusted as required.
OP Systems Ltd carried out the installation within a short timeframe, in compliance with all technical standards and safety requirements. The system has been tested and handed over to the client, fully operational.
