OP Systems Ltd. successfully completed a project for the supply and installation of modern conference systems in the office of Danone Serdika in Sofia. The project was implemented in two phases - on 19 June 2025 and 26 June 2025, with the participation of a team of experienced installation specialists.

Objective of the project

The main objective of the project "Modernization of conference rooms - DANONE office" was the replacement of the existing technical equipment and the construction of three fully functional and technologically modernized conference rooms. The project was planned and executed with a focus on reliability, aesthetics and ease of daily use. To achieve this, the following were installed:

• 3 pieces new high-resolution displays suitable for presentations and video communication;
• 3 pieces modern conference systems with clear sound and stable connection;
• 3 pieces tablets installed in front of each hall to display the occupancy (occupied/available), synchronized with the reservation system.

Implemented activities

• Removal of existing displays and old conference systems;
• Professional installation of new devices and precise configuration of the entire system;
• Install and connect the tablets to the client's server and calendar system;
• Final testing, setup and training of staff for effective use.

Modernisation results

As a result of the project, three fully refurbished and upgraded conference rooms were constructed, offering optimal audio and video connection quality, intuitive control and clarity in occupancy management. The solution contributes to a more efficient organisation of work meetings and provides a better user experience for employees and guests.
