Project Description:

OP Systems implemented a comprehensive video conferencing solution in the boardroom of BDM 42 EOOD. The aim of the project was to create a room ready for hybrid meetings without compromising on sound or picture quality. The client also wanted convenient connectivity directly at the table. This allows each participant to connect their laptop quickly, without having to search for cables or sockets.

At the heart of the system is the Logitech Rally Bar Mini. It combines a 4K camera, microphones and a high-quality speaker in a single device. The bar is mounted on the wall beneath an 85-inch display using a Logitech wall mount. To ensure even sound coverage, we’ve added two Rally Mic Pods. These ensure that every voice around the table is heard clearly, regardless of where they’re sitting.

The table’s connectivity is provided by built-in Bachmann CONI modules with stainless steel-coloured covers. Each workstation is equipped with a Schuko power socket, USB-A and USB-C ports for charging, and an HDMI input. Video signals are managed by a 4-port Aten HDMI switch. The connection to the display is via a Real Cable optical HDMI cable with 8K support. This ensures a stable, loss-free signal throughout the entire route.

  • Real Cable 8K Optical HDMI Cable, 10 m

Implemented activities:

  • Wall mounting of a display and a video bar
  • Installation of Bachmann modules in the conference table
  • Installation and concealment of all cabling
  • Installation, configuration and testing of the video conferencing system

Result:

The room is fully equipped for hybrid meetings via Teams, Zoom and any other platform. Participants can join in from their seats using a single cable. The sound covers the entire table, and the image on the 85-inch display is clear from anywhere in the room.

A couple of minor points to note before you upload it: the location — Should I add a town/location (e.g. „Sofia, the client’s office“)? And do you have photos from the venue — one or two photos of the hall really boost a page like this, both for customers and for Google.
