CCEP Halls Renovation Project

Project Description:

OP Systems carried out a complete upgrade of the audiovisual equipment in two meeting rooms at CCEP’s office in Sofia. The two rooms are identical in layout and function. The client was therefore looking for a uniform, reliable solution for both rooms.

The old equipment consisted of two Optoma projectors and projection screens. The projector technology no longer met the team’s needs. The image quality deteriorated in daylight. The lamps needed to be replaced periodically, and setting them up took up maintenance staff’s time.

At the client’s request, we removed the projectors and screens from both halls. In their place, we installed professional SONY FW-85XD8501 displays with a diagonal of 85 inches. The displays offer 4K Ultra HD resolution, high brightness and consistent contrast regardless of the lighting conditions. The project also included a complete redesign of the rooms. The new layout has been tailored to the positioning of the displays and the comfort of meeting participants.

Approach and implementation:

• Dismantling of 2 Optoma projectors and projection screens
• Installation of two 85-inch SONY professional displays — one in each hall
• An identical layout in both mirror-image halls to ensure a consistent user experience
• A complete redesign of the interior of the halls

Result:
